INSTALL CAMERA
To install your camera properly please READ CAREFULLY before proceeding to INSTALL!

1. If you have any other Windows applications open, please close them now.

2. Please DO NOT connect the USB cable from your Camera to your PC until after this installation process has been completed. If you have already connected the cable please remove it before proceeding further.

3. Select the camera that you want to install from the pull down list on the left. Please check to make sure that the model you selected matches the photo that appears to ensure that the correct device is being installed.

4. Now, select the INSTALL button at the bottom of the install screen  which will initiate the process of installing the photo management software.

5. After the photo management software is installed you will see another install screen that will install the drivers that will allow Windows to recognize and support your camera. Select INSTALL again to complete the process.

6. At the conclusion of the installation of the camera drivers you may be asked to restart your computer. Please do so.

7. After the computer has restarted you may now connect the USB cable to the PC.

8. Please WAIT until the PC recognizes the camera's driver and a message box appears on the toolbar informing you that "The new hardware is installed and ready for use".

9. Select the "Kids Cam Sticker Factory" icon that  appears on your desktop to open the application and from the Main Menu select the “GET PHOTOS” button to begin the process of transferring photos from the camera to your computer.

INSTALL WEB CAM
To install your WEB CAM properly please READ CAREFULLY before proceeding to INSTALL!

1. If you have any other Windows applications open, please close them now.

2. Please DO NOT connect the USB cable from your WEB CAM to your PC until after this installation process has been completed. If you have already connected the cable please remove it before proceeding further.

3. Select the WEB CAM that you want to install from the pull down list of devices on the left side of the install screen. Please check to make sure that the model you selected matches the photo that appears to ensure that the correct device is being installed.

4. Now, select the INSTALL button at the bottom of the install screen which will initiate the process of installing the PhoTags WEB CAM and photo management software.

5. After the photo management software is installed you will see another install screen that will install the drivers that will allow Windows to recognize and support your WEB CAM. Select INSTALL again to complete the process.

6. At the conclusion of the installation of the WEB CAM drivers you may be asked to restart your computer. Please do so.

7. After the computer has restarted you may now connect the USB cable to the PC.

8. Please WAIT until the PC recognizes the camera's driver and a message box appears on the toolbar informing you that "The new hardware is installed and ready for use".

9. Select the “WebCam Express” icon that appears on your desktop to create videos and photos using your WEB CAM
